It’s a sad day in the world of technology today. Today the World has lost a visionary, a genius, and one of the most successful human beings of our time. The mastermind behind Apple’s iPhone, iPad, iPod, iMac and iTunes, died in California today (October 5th). Jobs was 56. RIP.
![I found it perfectly apropos to make a post about Ginger Snaps because A) I am currently eating some [brand: Stauffers *AMAZING*]… B) I absolutely love Ginger Snaps so I would like to share my love for them with my fellow Tumblr-buds… and C) Fall is right around the corner and Ginger Snaps are like the perfecto fall/winter snack :D
So, luckily enough, I found this awesomely super simple recipe for Ginger Snaps that I still have yet to try. Plus, it displayed this adorable picture, which makes me want to try baking these cookies even more! This recipe uses olive oil instead of butter and other organic ingredients making them healthier than your average cookie on top of being delicious.
